Permits

Building permits are required for many items. Contact City Hall prior to building. Fences, decks, accessory building, and swimming pools will be reviewed and approved by the Zoning Administrator. New home construction building permits need to be submitted for further review by the Planning and Zoning Board and City Council. Once approval has been received your project may begin.
