There has been some debate on whether to move Halloween trick or treating from Friday to Thursday because of the HS football playoff game. The stance of the city has been fairly simple. Halloween is still Halloween and trick or treating on Friday will be set to accommodate the game and for safety. The hours will be from 4-7 PM. However, if your neighborhood would like to coordinate trick or treating on Thursday, October 30th, due to the FB game, the city would encourage those who wish to participate. That is totally up to the citizens of Treynor and what they want to do. The city would also help promote this neighborhood participation. People can join in either evening, or both, if they wish to do so. Be safe and go Cardinals!
